CREED Foundation
Empowering Entrepreneurs. Enriching Communities.
About the foundation
The CREED Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization based in Birmingham, Alabama, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses through education, mentorship, and access to essential resources. Our work builds stronger businesses, thriving communities, and inspired leaders. While rooted in Birmingham, we serve clients across Alabama and throughout the United States—particularly the East Coast and Southeast.
We also serve as a fiduciary partner for entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking grant opportunities, ensuring that funding is managed responsibly and aligned with the intended impact.

Programming
At The CREED Foundation, we provide dynamic, accessible, and high-impact programs that meet entrepreneurs where they are—whether they're just getting started or scaling their ventures. Our initiatives are designed to foster innovation, community empowerment, and long-term business success.
We serve entrepreneurs locally in Birmingham, across the state of Alabama, and throughout the United States, with a focus on the East Coast and Southeast regions.
PACE Program: Our flagship program is PACE which is our 16-week intensive program to help business owners understand their finances and basic accounting terms.
P.A.C.E
The P.A.C.E. Program is our flagship 16-week business and financial development program, powered by the CREED Foundation. Designed to close operational and financial gaps for historically underserved entrepreneurs, P.A.C.E. equips participants with the tools, mentorship, and financial structure needed to strengthen their businesses, improve readiness for capital, and support long-term economic growth.
P.A.C.E. matters because minority and under-resourced entrepreneurs face systemic barriers to capital access and business readiness. The program tackles these barriers head-on by focusing on financial literacy, credit readiness, cash-flow management, and business compliance — taking businesses from survival mode to scalable & sustainable enterprises.
